Introduction:

Adopting the Texas DSP digital signal processor (TMS320 series) SPWM frequency conversion power supply system, the main circuit including the rectifier circuit, inverter circuit and output filter is designed based on the Japanese Mitsubishi module and the German Optik module. Based on SPWM modulation principle, an improved regular sampling method is proposed to generate SPWM waves. In addition, the influence of dead zone is analyzed and two compensation methods are given. The real-time performance, reliability and compatibility of the controller are analyzed in detail to meet the needs of high- sampling. When controller hardware Phase-locked loop circuit is designed to meet the dead-time requirement of power module (IGBT / IPM). The hardware is designed with an independent hardware dead-time delay circuit. The system software of the controller is divided into man-machine interface program and control program . The man-machine interface program realizes real-time voltage and current data and its waveform display, control parameter display and on-line modification and other functions; control program to achieve the signal sampling analysis, PWM pulse modulation and trigger, PI controller and other programs.
